The VRA are proud to be hosting the National Sporter & F Standard Championships 2026 — Wellsford Rifle Range, Bendigo VIC

📅 Saturday 31 October — Short Range Championship
500, 500, 600, 600 yards

📅 Sunday 1 November — Long Range Championship
900, 900, 1000, 1000 yards

Grades: FSA | FSB | SP | SO

Equipment and ammunition checks will be conducted. NRAA SSRs apply.

🏆 F-TR Development Squad – Expressions of Interest

Expressions of Interest are sought from shooters interested in being part of an F-TR Development Squad in preparation for the National F-Class Teams Matches, to be held at Lower Light Rifle Range, South Australia, in September 2027.

At this stage, there is no commitment required to attend the National Teams Matches. The purpose of the Development Squad is to create opportunities for interested shooters to train together, share knowledge, develop team skills, and learn from one another as we work towards selecting a committed and competitive F-TR Team.

The first Development Squad practice is planned for:

PRC members! Get around this!!
Good on ya Beverley Rifle Club for leading the charge 🙌

Beverley Rifle Club invite you to the 2026 F-Class and Sporter Class Championship, held at the Beverley Rifle Range on 21st of June.

The event will consist of four 15-shot matches at 800 metres. Blow-off shots will be permitted on the day. The entry fee is $70, with generous prizes on offer.

Free camping is available, including a limited number of powered sites. Basic facilities are provided. Meals will be available.

Visitors are most welcome; however, as usual, competition entry is restricted to WARA members only.

We are looking forward having you join us in numbers, Beverley is awesome this time of year and so is our company. Please confirm your attendance as per the flyer details.

PRC members Dave and Henrik have set the bar high with their notable top 10 finishes at the North Queensland Rifle Association Kings prize meeting in Townsville last weekend!
Dave claimed 3rd and Henrik 8th in the Kings prize meeting.
Dave finished 8th and Henrik 12th in the grand aggregate, an impressive feat in a highly competitive FTR field of 25 exceptional competitors.

The NQRA King’s Prize in Townsville is heating up with PRC members, Dave B and Henrik placing well after the second day of shooting the event. A full field of 25 shooters in FTR!

A great night out at the range for our Pinjar Rifle Club Night Shoot - Saturday, 11th April 2026🌙🎯

With a small group of members in attendance, it made for a relaxed evening filled with great company and some fun competition. We kicked things off at twilight with the first application at 500m, before stepping it up with a second application in full darkness.

While the calm conditions set the stage for some big scores, the challenge of shooting in the dark kept everyone on their toes!

Congratulations to our winners tonight, and a big thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such an enjoyable evening 👏
