And in case you missed last months updates, we are now open 7 days a week with Sunday 8&9am Flow classes also on the schedule ☺️

For those that are new around here and have recently started following, I’d love to introduce myself and share a little more about the story behind Pilates in the Haven 🤎

My name is Sarah and I discovered my love for Pilates in 2018 while living in Melbourne. Having always been passionate about sport and fitness, Pilates became so much more than movement for me — it made me feel stronger, calmer, more connected and empowered.

I always dreamed of creating a safe and welcoming space where others could experience those same benefits, and that’s how Pilates in the Haven was born.

Pilates was also something my Mum and I shared a deep love and connection through for many years. It was our time together and something that brought us both so much joy. As the vision for the studio started coming to life, my Mum was undergoing treatment for cancer — a battle we so desperately hoped she would overcome.

Sadly, my Mum passed away the day before I received the keys to begin the studio fit-out. While she never physically got to walk through the doors, I feel her with me every single day. Her love, strength and presence live on within this space and the beautiful community we continue to build here.

At Pilates in the Haven, we believe in creating a sanctuary where your wellbeing is the priority. Our mantra, “Your safe space to move and connect,” reflects our commitment to providing a nurturing environment for every person who walks through our doors.

Our instructor-led sessions are designed to support both your physical and mental wellbeing, giving you the tools to move through life feeling stronger, more balanced and empowered.

More than anything, Pilates in the Haven is about community. A space where people feel welcomed, supported and connected — not only to themselves, but to those around them too.

Pinot and Pilates 🍷 Friday 24th April - 6pm-8pm

Our first event for 2026 is here - come join us for an evening of Pinot and Pilates.

A 50 minute Flow class followed by a glass or 2 of Pinot and some light nibbles. A great chance to start the long weekend with some movement and connect with others in our community. Come on your own or grab a friend - book your spot now!
