Cup still feeling very, very full. There’s something so special about big weekends like this, but even more special getting back into the gym and seeing everyone smiling, moving and back doing what they love.

So grateful for this community and all the memories we get to make together. The best kind of tired, the biggest hearts, and so many reasons to be proud.

This Saturday, we’re coming together for a fun morning with a whole lot of heart. ❤️

We’ll be fundraising for Telethon, while also supporting a very special cause a little closer to home, our beautiful member Marty and her 3-year-old boy, London, who is currently going through an incredibly tough journey.

So, dig out your best superhero, villain or anything fun and dress-up worthy and come along ready to sweat, laugh and support some amazing causes. 🦸‍♂️✨
