The simple things make me happy
Self-care isn’t always a bubble bath. 💛

Sometimes it’s coffee with a friend, a good laugh, and feeling connected.

Fill your cup with the people who make life brighter.

Pillar 5 of our Peri/Menopause weekly spotlight.

❤️Connection & Community❤️

The importance of being a part of something is immensely priceless & oh so important!

Surround yourself with positive people with positive vibes & keep sharing the love 🫶

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that we don’t have to do this alone. Whether it’s family, friends, a gym community, or a yoga class, connection matters. Support, understanding, and shared experiences can make all the difference.

Can we talk about menopause hair for a second? 😮

My hairdresser/friend just taught me something I had no idea about…

Those short, fluffy bits around your hairline that never seem to grow? They can actually be linked to hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause. 😲

As oestrogen levels decline, hair can spend less time growing and more time shedding. The result? Thinner hair, more hair in the brush, and lots of little regrowth hairs around the front.

Hair thinning doesn’t always happen evenly either. Many women notice thinning around the temples, crown, or part line. As hair density changes in certain areas, your usual part can suddenly look wider, different, or feel like it no longer sits the way it used to.

It’s incredibly common, but not something many women are told about.

Another reminder that menopause affects our whole body—not just our periods and temperature! 💛

Have a zoom in on the second picture…can you spot the strands that are ganging over my forehead 😱😱😱😱, it was Nikol Turnbull that filled me in on the whys🫣🫣

Have you noticed changes in your hair during perimenopause or menopause?

Week 2 of our 5 Pillars of Menopause & how to best support ourselves 🫶

Week 2 = Nutrition

Menopause isn’t about eating less — it’s about eating smarter. 💛

Prioritising protein, fibre, healthy fats and hydration can help support energy, muscle mass, metabolism, cravings and overall wellbeing during this stage of life.

Small changes, done consistently, can make a big difference. ✨
