Don't be afraid; Tyga is for men and women of all ages and requires no dance or fitness experience because the steps are easy to follow. Due to some of the lyrics in the music, this program is suited to over 18 participants or parental guidance. You need:

-Water
-Yoga Mat
-Sweat Towel
-and wear comfortable clothing/activewear with sneakers
