I have created ‘HB Female Football Development’ to provide girls in Western Australia more opportunities to play and develop their football skills. This program is developed by female athletes for females, with the emphasis upon skill development whilst incorporating a mind and body approach. Developing a program that promotes awareness around mental strength and resilience is just as important to us.

Our first year of HB Female Football Development saw to grow and educate AFL for over 80 girls in Perth in 2021 🔥

We are incredibly humbled and grateful for you all ☺️

We can’t wait to see what 2022 holds already 🙏🏼

Hello HB Female Football Stars ⭐️

📝 Please note that our latest program 'Train Like an AFLW Player' has been postponed.

🧠 We've been working hard behind the scenes to bring you a program that promotes a high work rate, strong work ethic, professionalism and an overall understanding of what it takes to train and play at the highest level!

⚡ For this, we want to host the program at the premier training facility and the home and heart of the West Coast Eagles, Mineral Resources Park.

😔 Unfortunately, the venue is undergoing a revamp for the remainder of 2021 and is unavailable as a result.

👀 Please keep an eye out for updates on when the next program will be released, early 2022!

Training at the iconic Mineral Resources Park we will take you through drills that target a broad range of football techniques such as skills, offensive & defensive work and game sense awareness. 🏃‍♀️

Utilising elite facilities and specific equipment, whilst surrounded by female athletes guiding you through this session to enhance your skills and overall football IQ. 🧠
