Our Pilates-based Rehab classes are designed for people recovering from injury, managing pain, or looking for a safe and effective way to improve strength and movement.
Led by a Physiotherapist and limited to just 4 participants, these small-group sessions provide personalised guidance and exercise programs tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Using a combination of Pilates principles, rehabilitation exercises, and specialised equipment, we'll help you build strength, improve mobility, and support your recovery journey.
Before joining a Clinical Rehab class, you will need to complete an initial consultation so your Physiotherapist can assess your needs and create a customised program just for you.
