The best place to be if you want to start your Pilates journey! 💯
I tend to be intimidated a lot when trying out new things and I really take my time choosing, in this case, the suitable studio for me to start Pilates. So thankful Power Moves IG ad targeted me (lol). The instructors are so nice and encouraging. Also, their app is super user-friendly (I think I open the PM app more than my IG app lol). Various classes and schedule to choose from. 100% recommended and definitely beginner-friendly! 💯💗 Love the yoga classes as well 🫶

We are so grateful everyone is loving our classes and making power moves in 2024! Spots in our classes are in high demand so we wanted to share some friendly reminders about our waitlists 🫶

If you have joined the waitlist for a class, there is a high chance you’ll make it into the class!

As soon as any cancellations occur, you’ll receive a text message and email advising you’ve been added to the class. This can happen right up to an hour before the class starts, so if you are on the waitlist, you are committing to attend the class should a spot become available.

On the waitlist and decided you don’t want to attend anymore? Not a problem! Simply remove yourself from the waitlist so someone else can join.

Booked into a class but can’t make it? Please cancel as early as possible to allow someone to take your spot!

If you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to send us a message anytime!

From Monday 5th February, you can enjoy a weekly Reformer Pilates class with an experienced Pilates Instructor in our luxe space whilst your little one is cared for onsite in the studio.

Our Pilates classes are designed to help you regain strength, improve flexibility and promote overall wellness.

Bookings are essential. To get started simply download our Power Moves app, purchase the Mum’s & Bub’s pack option that best suits you and book in your class.

100 CLASS CLUB❤️‍🔥

Congratulations to - the first member to hit the 100 Club and the first to rock the PM 100 Club socks!

We have loved watching Carlotta go from strength to strength over the past three months, never saying no to a challenge and we love her for it! Yes, she smashed 100 classes in just 99 days of being open! 🤯
