🥶💧 Are You Staying Hydrated This Winter? 💧🥶

When the weather cools down, we often don't feel as thirsty as we do in summer. But if you're still training hard in the gym, staying hydrated is just as important!

Here are 3 simple tips to stay on top of your hydration this winter:

✅ Carry a water bottle everywhere – If it's within reach, you're more likely to sip throughout the day.

✅ Drink before you're thirsty – Thirst is a sign you're already becoming dehydrated.

✅ Add hydration to your routine – Have a glass of water when you wake up, before meals, and after training.

Don't let the colder weather trick you into drinking less. Your performance, recovery, and energy levels will thank you for it! 💪❄️

At Magnus, we don’t scale workouts to make them easier.
We scale to make them precise.

Precision scaling means matching the workout to the athlete in front of us:

The right load
