Here are 3 simple tips to stay on top of your hydration this winter:
✅ Carry a water bottle everywhere – If it's within reach, you're more likely to sip throughout the day.
✅ Drink before you're thirsty – Thirst is a sign you're already becoming dehydrated.
✅ Add hydration to your routine – Have a glass of water when you wake up, before meals, and after training.
