Our dedicated Functional Training Zone (FTZ) is open to members for use at all times and contains a fantastic variety of Functional Training equipment including a sled, power bags, kettle bells, climbing frame, and lifting area. We pride ourselves on having the largest weight training area in the hills with equipment suited to beginners right through to advanced lifters. We have a power lifting platform and a variety of both free weights and pin-loaded machines. Your special little people aren't forgotten with our crèche which is open Monday to Saturday 8:30 to 11am.
