Enough space for you to move. A gym in the front for those who aren't keen on classes but want to get fit and strong. Plenty of space on our rig for you to learn and mess about with gymnastic movements. A ice bath big enough for you and a friend to cold plunge together. A kids area to keep them entertained while you train! And to top it off, a big cosy sauna to escape the cold and recover well. 🧊🔥✨️

$45 per week gets you unlimited classes, sauna and ice bath access, no lock in memberships and a whole lot of fun and progress in our little community.
Unsure on the style of training and if its for you? Easy, we offer a weeks free trial as we fully understand we offer a different style of training and it doesn't suit everyone!

Last weekend we took 30+ people to Ballarat for a comp, the crew competing consisted of new mums, soon to be mums 🤰, experienced competitors, new competitors for fun, members who wanted to give it a crack, and some new members to the gym. Our gym will always be for everyone at any stage of life, any fitness level and out to achieve any goal. We had such an amazing hype crew of people who weren't competing but come to support us, could not be more greatful 💙
This is where our community stands out, not only did we have a massive support crew but our guys felt comfortable to give something outside their comfort zone a go. New movements, heavy weights, pushing fitness levels to the test, were here for it! 🔥 we'll be back next year.
