❗️New Timetable Starting Monday July 6❗️
Beginners Classes (Duration: 60 minutes) – The perfect place to start for anyone new to boxing. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, this non-contact class covers the fundamentals of stance, guard and boxing technique, while providing a great workout under the guidance of our experienced coaches.

Intermediate Classes (Duration: 60 minutes) – This non-contact class is designed for those who have mastered the basics. With a faster pace than the Beginners Class, the focus is on developing technique through advanced drills, partner work and improved fitness.

Advanced Classes (Duration: 60 minutes) – This contact class is for those preparing to compete. Training is more intensive and includes controlled contact and competition-focused drills. Please contact us before booking this class.

Boxing45 (Duration: 45 minutes) – Start your day the right way with this fast-paced boxing workout. Combining boxing drills with strength and conditioning exercises, it's the perfect way to kick-start your morning.

Conditioning (Duration: 60 minutes) – A circuit-based class designed to improve both strength and cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will challenge your endurance, build functional strength and help you get fitter, faster.

Sparring (Duration: 60 minutes) – Full-contact sparring for boxers who are competition-ready, or close to it. Sparring sessions are supervised by our coaches to ensure a safe and productive environment. Please contact us before booking this class.
