It's not about motivation in Winter.

Let's be honest... motivation is probably going to dip.
The days are shorter. It's dark when you wake up. It's cold. The couch feels more appealing than a 5am alarm.

That's normal.
This is where habits and discipline become game changers.
The people who keep making progress through winter aren't necessarily more motivated. They've simply made training a non-negotiable part of their week.

They plan ahead.
They put their sessions in the diary.
They prioritise their health before the week gets away from them.

And the funny thing is, you already know how you'll feel after you train.

More energy.
Better mood.
Clearer head.
More productive day.

You never regret showing up.

So before Monday rolls around, grab your diary, open your calendar and plan your week.
Don't leave your health to chance this winter.

Schedule it. Prioritise it. Make it happen. 💪

Maggie’s results have been awesome.

She’s dropped body fat, built muscle and gotten seriously strong.

But honestly, that’s not the part that impresses me the most.
Maggie is a Mum, a business owner and has a lot on her plate. Life is busy. Things go wrong. There are always reasons NOT to train.

But she keeps showing up. 🙌🫶

Not perfectly. Not every single session. But consistently.

She doesn’t let a missed week turn into six weeks.
She doesn’t throw in the towel because life gets hard.
She adjusts, adapts and keeps moving forward.

At the moment, Maggie is training with a broken toe.
Is she doing everything she normally would? No.
Have we had to change a few things? Absolutely.
But she’s still here putting in the work.

I think that’s what people get wrong about consistency.
It’s not about being perfect.

It’s about continuing to show up, even when things aren’t perfect.

You don’t look for excuses. You look for solutions.
You adapt when life throws challenges your way and you just keep moving forward.

What a week. 💪

Week 1 of our Strength Block has kicked off with a bang — and the attendance has been EPIC.

One of the best things about this block is the reminder to focus on your own journey. To slow down, reflect, reset and refocus on what progress looks like for YOU.

For some, it’s increasing strength and chasing numbers.
For others, it’s improving mobility, building confidence, moving better, or simply showing up consistently again.

And all of it matters.

Progress doesn’t need to be fast to be powerful.
Follow the process. Stay consistent. Trust the work — the rewards will come.

We can’t wait to watch this journey unfold over the next 8 weeks. 🫶🙌
