So, as I've now resigned Peninsula Fit2go, I'm announcing I've joined with The Barn Gym in Cranbourne South where I am instructing classes, and taking Personal Training clients.
A gym that the Inside meets the outside, a very unique gym with a friendly feel and positive vibes, great people, both trainers and clients, and a great environment, a bush feel like no other gym I've come across.
The Barn Gym offers group classes both Boxing and Bootcamp aswell as offering Personal Training.
Brit and Andy, the owners, have created something special and both are very encouraging and supportive.

Hello again fitness family,
I hope you are all well and have kept fit and healthy on all levels.
It's been a year and a half since I closed the doors to my Fitness Studio.
My story between then and now is a long one, but the short of it is, I'm opening my small gym at home for Personal Training Clients that would like to work with me to get the desired results they're after. I'm not just taking anyone, but only those that want change and are up for the challenge.

Another 7 days in lock down has been announced.
Another week family.
Keep active, stay strong, stay positive, eat well, drink plenty of water.

Sorry to say, our doors are closed for another 7 days for a short sharp lock down in Melbourne.
Just because we are closed doesn't mean you have to stop.
Keep moving, go for walks, runs, bike rides, do a few resistance training sessions through the week, eat well, stay hydrated, but most of all, stay relaxed and don't stress.
