We are about to launch Phase 12, which is focussed on preparing us for Trials (Week 3). Hereβs a quick rundown of what you can expect over the coming weeks.
ABACUS is a team training-style cardio workout that consists of short, sharp pyramid sets complemented by a strong bodyweight and functional focus.
Step into the arena with MAXIMUS β our new weight lifting inspired session. Work your whole body through all of the big lifts and finish strong at the end of each pod with your fellow gladiators by your side.
22 is a partnered, super-set cardio workout that thrives on intensity. Expect a strong focus on endurance and core strength.
Take your pick! GEMINI is the sister workout to Deuces. It is a split-resistance workout where members can choose which workout they do; upper or lower body. This workout has increased working sets that will test your body with muscular overload and strength endurance.
APEX is a hybrid rep based superset workout. Get your muscles fired up as you climb to the top of the rep count. Increase the weight and intensity as you reach the peak and be prepared to work your way back down.
HIGH RISE blends both traditional and new F45 workout styles to create a multifaceted experience - Quicker paced sets to increase HR, with a touch of old school traditional lifting.
PEGASUS is a strength-based session in quite a different format to our other F45 workouts, with each station representing a resistance exercise, followed by a bodyweight exercise.
