Acro Kids Fun, non-competitive acro tumbling and parkour ninja programs for ages 1yrs and up!

Acro Kids offer fun, active, non-competitive, recreational gymnastics and parkour programs, parties and holiday programs. Our programs will develop your child’s acro and parkour skills, fitness, coordination, stability and confidence! Our programs are designed for boys and girls aged 1yrs – teens of all levels of ability from beginner to advanced. Your child will learn gymnastics and parkour funda

mentals including handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, back flips and aerials in a personalised and supportive environment.

Acro Kids superstars getting it done 💪🤸‍♀️🏋️‍♀️ Strength and conditioning is a big part of our program and although we mostly incorporate it into our circuit style acro and parkour programs, every now and then Mr D relives his PT days and sets up a gym style workout for the kids. Lots of fun and the kids (and coaches 😜) were up for the challenge. We’re sure they all slept well that night 😴

Well that’s a wrap on 2 amazing weeks celebrating the 2026 Commonwealth Games at Acro Kids 🤸‍♂️ 🤸‍♂️ 🤸‍♂️ we have loved exploring different sports, working on our speed, agility, coordination and lots of strength and conditioning. Thank you to all of our superstar athletes you should be very proud! 🥇
