Week 1: Consistency Over Perfection

When people start a health and fitness journey, they often think they need to be perfect.

Perfect workouts.
Perfect nutrition.
Perfect motivation.

The truth is, perfection isn’t what creates results.

Results come from consistency.

It’s choosing to come to training even when you’ve had a long day at work. It’s making one better food choice instead of giving up because the day didn’t go exactly as planned. It’s understanding that one missed workout or one takeaway meal doesn’t undo all of your progress.

At UFit, we’ve seen time and time again that the members who achieve the most aren’t the ones who are perfect. They’re the ones who keep showing up and little wins follow whatever that is for you!

Progress isn’t built in a day. It’s built through hundreds of small decisions repeated over weeks, months and years.

So this week, don’t focus on being perfect.

Focus on showing up.

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the world of UFit health and Wellness. We offer outdoor group training session flexible to all Fintess levels!

I’m very excited to share something we’ve been working on! our 8-week running program, designed for all fitness levels to help you build confidence, strength, and consistency with running.

Whether you simply want to improve your running or you’ve got Run for the Kids in mind as a goal, this program is a great place to start.

🗓 When: Sundays at 8:30am
📍 Dates: 1st February – 22nd March
💲 price: $160 memebers / $200 non-members

This program is more than just running. You’ll also gain valuable education, guidance, and insights along the way — with the potential for guest speakers to support and inspire you throughout the journey.
