Welcome to the world of UFit health and Wellness. We offer outdoor group training session flexible to all Fintess levels!
I’m very excited to share something we’ve been working on! our 8-week running program, designed for all fitness levels to help you build confidence, strength, and consistency with running.
Whether you simply want to improve your running or you’ve got Run for the Kids in mind as a goal, this program is a great place to start.
🗓 When: Sundays at 8:30am
📍 Dates: 1st February – 22nd March
💲 price: $160 memebers / $200 non-members
This program is more than just running. You’ll also gain valuable education, guidance, and insights along the way — with the potential for guest speakers to support and inspire you throughout the journey.
