From the following week, we’ll head into Week 3 of the block with:

Starting May 25, we’re running a 6-week challenge built around one mindset:

1% BETTER EVERYDAY.

This isn’t about perfection or chasing quick results.

It’s about building consistency, accountability and momentum through Boxing, Strength and Running.

Every member will receive a physical challenge card to track sessions, set personal goals and commit to showing up for themselves over the 6 weeks.
