Step by step how to do a perfect streamline..
1. Hand position: One hand on top of the other, squeeze your biceps to your ears, lock your elbows straight.
2. Head alignment: Eyes down, neck long, head between your arms (not lifted).
3. Core engagement: Ribs tucked, belly tight, no arching in the lower back.
4. Leg position: Legs straight, ankles pointed, heels touching if possible.
5. Body line: Think “long and narrow”, like you’re being pulled forward from your fingertips.
