Master the *Power Curl* and instantly stand out ⚽🔥

This technique isn’t common in Australia 🇦🇺… but it’s used all across Europe 🇪🇺 — and now it’s your edge.

Step 1: Approach facing slightly away from goal so the curl brings the ball back *into* the net, not across it.

Step 2: Strike the outside of the ball using the inside edge of your foot — along the *first metatarsal* (that bone running from your big toe to your ankle).

Step 3: Follow through with a bent knee, bringing your kicking leg up and over your standing leg for maximum whip + control.

We’re excited to announce that Foundation Football is launching its very first Academy Training Program at Rowville Eagles!

These sessions are designed for all players who want to:

Improve their technical ability
Build confidence on the ball
Train in a fun, high-quality environment

All sessions are run by our Foundation Football Accredited Coaches, ensuring players receive the best possible guidance and development.

📅 Program Details:

Start Date: Saturday 25th April
End Date: 27th June (Full Term Program)
Location: Park Ridge Reserve, Rowville
