Whether your kid is picking up a racquet for fun or chasing competition goals, we've got a squad that fits:

Recreational Teen Squad: Ages 12-18
Advanced Teen Squad: Ages 12-18
Junior Squad: Ages 8-11, 1.5 hour session
Advanced Squad: Ages 11-13, 1.5 and 2 hour sessions
Performance Squad: Ages 14-16, 1.5 and 2 hour sessions
High Performance Squad: Ages 16-18, 2 hour session

From recreational rallies to high performance coaching, every session is structured to develop technique, match awareness, and competitive confidence.

Hot Shots is where every junior tennis journey starts.

Our Hot Shots programs are designed to develop skills at the right pace for every age group:

🎾 Blue Stage (Ages 3-5)
🎾 Red Stage (Ages 5-8)
🎾 Orange Stage (Ages 8-10)
🎾 Green Stage (Ages 10+)

Each stage builds confidence, coordination, and technique so kids progress naturally into competitive tennis when they're ready.
