Samurai Karate Waverley . Samurai Karate Waverley was established in 1984 and has been providing self defense training to members of the community for over 25 years.

We practice Shukokai Karate which was founded in 1952 by Soke Tani Chojiro. The style is well known for its hard hitting techniques and scientific approach to body kinetics. The club is focused on providing holistic and enjoyable self defense training to members that covers the following:

Muscular and Cardiovascular fitness
Self Defense for real life situations
An enjoyable and safe environment t

5:15-6:00: Kids - Pee Wees
6:00-6:45: Kids - White to Red
6:45-7:30: Kids - Purple to Jr Brown
7:30-9:00: Adults - Brown to Black

Tuesday
5:15-6:00: Kids - Yellow to Orange
6:00-6:45: Kids - Green to Blue
7:00-8:00: Adults - All Grades

Wednesday
5:15-6:00: Kids - Pee Wees
6:00-6:45: Kids - White to Red
6:45-7:30: Kids - Purple to Jr Brown
7:30-9:00: Adults - Brown to Black

Thursday

If you read my last post you would have read that I was itching to teach Monday night. Well faith has always got something to say about planes that are set. I did get a couple of classes in but Sensei Adrian can’t make Wednesday night so he asked me if we could swap. So I ended up helping some what. Thank you to Sensei Adrien Sensei Beck & Sensei Rachelle for their help and support during these difficult times. You have all been wonderful. I spoke to the people in charge today whom we rent our dojo from. They were very pleased to hear from and like us they cat wait to see us all back on the floor training. As we have started the forth week of lockdown boredom and mental health is sitting in with a lot of people. So don’t let yourself get in the same position stay active go for walks go shopping ring your friends ring us and come and train in the evening thank goodness for teaching because it’s kept me sane. Look after yourselves and your family and hope to see you very shortly 🌹
