Thank you to everyone that attended our 11/U, 13&U and 15&U representative trials on Sunday.

We would like to acknowledge the effort, commitment and enthusiasm you demonstrated throughout the trials process. The trials were conducted to a very high standard, with a particularly strong group of athletes competing for selection.

For players born in 2010 and 2011
Arrival/check-in: 5:15 pm
Warm-up: As close to 5:40 pm as possible
Venue: State Netball Centre, Parkville
Courts: 8 & 9
Finish/pick-up: Approximately 8:30–9:00 pm
Players can make their way to Courts 8 & 9 when they arrive.
13&U Representative Trial — Sunday 30th August

For players born in 2014 and 2015
Arrival/check-in: 7:45 am
Warm-up: As close to 8:00 am as possible
Venue: State Netball Centre, Parkville
Courts: 8, 9 & 10
Finish/pick-up: Around 10:00 am
Players can make their way to Courts 8, 9 & 10 when they arrive.
15&U Representative Trial — Sunday 30th August

“Some exciting news for Boeing reserve sporting clubs and casual users” 🤞

Thanks for listening Oscar Yildiz JP the SHNC and broader community are grateful.

$1 MILLION FOR MULTIPURPOSE COURTS AT BOEING RESERVE - STRATHMORE HEIGHTS.

I recently met with Luke McKinnon, President of Strathmore Heights Netball Club to discuss the urgent need for Multi-Purpose Netball/Basketball/Tennis Courts at Boeing Reserve. The 2 Courts that are there now are older than me.

This Club’s been fighting for courts for over 4 years and now has almost 250 participants, yet there are still no Netball courts at Boeing Reserve.

If elected, I will work with Moonee Valley Council and commit $1 million to deliver fully lit, fenced multipurpose courts for netball, basketball, tennis and community recreation.

These courts will provide local families and young people access to modern facilities close to home and remain publicly accessible outside organised sport.

Four years is long enough. Local families, athletes and sporting clubs shouldn’t have to travel across Municipalities just to access the facilities they deserve in their own community.

It’s time to get this done, it’s time for Action!

Luca has completed his umpire pathway here at Parkville Netball ever since a junior at Strathmore Heights Netball Club, whilst also playing every week!

It’s time for our SHNC players to step up, back yourselves, and show everyone what you’re capable of!

Since Merri-Bek’s inaugural representative season, Strathmore Heights Netball Club has proudly had players wearing the Merri-Bek colours. It’s an incredible program that provides fantastic opportunities to develop your skills, challenge yourself, and create lifelong friendships.

We can’t wait to see our SHNC players out there giving it their all. Believe in your preparation, play with confidence, and enjoy every moment.

We’re excited to announce that registrations are now open for the Parkville Representative Program Trials!

Trial Dates
📅 Round 1: Sunday 30 August
📅 Round 2: Sunday 6 September (call backs from Round 1, invite only)
📅 Round 3: Sunday 13 September (call backs from Round 2, invite only)

📍 Location: Riverside Tennis & Netball Centre (All trial rounds will be held at this venue.)

✅ Registrations close Monday 25 August at 5:00pm
❌ No late registrations will be accepted under any circumstances.
