This FB page is no longer active, please head to our website, FB group and Instragram page instead to stay up to date. Our Objectives:

Our club caters for varyi

ng age groups both in the bush and socially. We plan walks which range from easy day walks to harder, longer walks involving overnight camping. For other walks a fair level of fitness and a degree of enthusiasm is all that is required.

Description: Carolyn’s Bruny Island Gourmet June long weekend walk did not go ahead due to bad weather so here is another attempt, except over four days instead. Carolyn has kindly given me permission to use some of her preview.
We will leave on Thursday morning of Launceston Show Day and head off to Kettering ready for our ferry trip across to Bruny Island. Over the four days we will base camp at The Neck and Jetty Beach and enjoy some of the day walks on the island. Along the way we can enjoy a variety of the gourmet delights that businesses on the island offer. This is a self-catering and potentially a private car trip. You are welcome to bring along some goodies to share. Come along for a lovely four-day adventure on Bruny Island.
