Wow! What an exciting evening at the annual NTJSA dinner last night. Northern rangers Junior FC won NTJSA club of the year 👏. This is decided from a variety of factors including growth of the club and growth of female players.

A huge shout out to the NRFC junior committee with special mention to Storm Anderson for the huge amount of volunteer hours in front of and behind the scenes. Thank you to the rest of the committee, to all of our volunteers coaches and team managers and anyone who has helped out in any way. We do it for the love of the game and for the kids. The ethos of the club is inclusiveness, and to play with respect and fairness. We are so proud of what we have built all because of volunteers.

Thank you to our sponsors Avenue records, Tasmanian Berries, Nick Lanau-atkinson painting, INTERSPORT Launceston,Ruddicks Chartered Accountants, X-Golf Launceston, Sports Garden hotel, Vandervelde bricklaying. We are so grateful for your ongoing support.

Special thank you to the NTJSA and their sponsors for the support they give the clubs and the work behind every weekend at Churchill park.

Additionally from the evening, we’d like to mention coach Lucy Stone for being short listed for the Grant MacDonald coaches award and receiving an honourable mention. A year 11 student who plays in our senior women’s team and coaches the U11 girls team, whilst juggling school studies. Also to Eden Horsley who was our nominee for the Tom Strickland award for her attitude and dedication to the game.

Go Rangers FC 👏👏👏🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
