A huge congratulations to our July Member of the Month, Jason! Jason Dann 🖤❤️‍🔥

Not only has Jason recently ticked over an incredible 100 classes, but he has become such a valued part of our STRONG community.

If you’re part of the 5am crew, you’ll know exactly who we’re talking about. Every morning, like clockwork, Jason walks through the doors in his slides, says a cheerful “good morning,” heads straight into the studio, and gets to work. If he’s not there, we all know something must be up! 😂

Jason is the definition of a quiet achiever. He comes in, puts his head down, gives every workout his absolute best, and leaves nothing on the table. His determination, consistency, and work ethic are a true credit to him, and it’s been incredible to watch his progress over the past 100 classes.

What we love most about Jason isn’t just his consistency, it’s the positive energy he brings. He’s always got a smile on his face, is kind to everyone around him, and makes every morning that little bit brighter. He’s the kind of member who helps make our community what it is.

From all of us at STRONG, thank you for showing up, putting in the work, and being such a genuine, humble member of our studio. We absolutely love having you as part of the family.

We’re so excited to officially welcome back to the studio!

Elysia took some time away from teaching to welcome her beautiful son, Micah, and we couldn’t be happier to have her back doing what she loves.

When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her out hiking, exploring the outdoors, or putting her skills to use as a qualified physio. 🌿🏔️

She brings the best energy to Monday mornings, and we can’t wait for you to get to know her (or welcome her back!).

Do you love Pilates, strength training, and helping people feel their absolute best?

We’re on the lookout for our next instructor to join the team! We’re searching for someone who brings energy, confidence, and their own unique personality into every class, while creating genuine connections with our members.

We’re looking for someone who has:
• A qualification in Fitness (III or IV) or a Pilates certification
• Current First Aid & CPR
• A passion for movement, coaching, and continuous learning

More than anything, we’re looking for someone who loves building a community. Someone who can motivate, encourage, and create an experience that keeps our members coming back for more.
