Good Morning to our wonderful members and community ☀️💕

It’s your last chance to drop in your It's in the Bag donation, all donations must be in by Wednesday 27th November! 👏🏽👜

Our staff will be in the gym until 7pm tonight!

A huge thank you to those that have already donated. All of these incredible donations will be distributed this Christmas to ensure women, girls and those who menstruate and who are waking up in a domestic violence refuge or homeless shelter on Christmas feel a little bit of love and hope.

Here's a reminder of items that can be donated -

Adult Bag - period products, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, roll-on deodorant, soap or body wash

Teen Bag - period products for small bodies, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, roll-on deodorant, soap or body wash

Mum and Bub bag - maternity period products, newborn nappies, great pads, baby shampoo, baby soap/wash, disposable nappy bags, baby wipes, dummies, nappy rash cream.

or alternatively you can donate any of the items listed above and we will add them to bags to make them up. (Please no aerosols)

In support of Share the Dignity it's in the bag fundraiser.

Health and Fitness world will be teaming up with Hope & Me to assist in being a drop off centre to collect items for anyone wanting to donate!

It’s in the Bag is one of Australia’s most loved Christmas appeals, where we encourage everyday Australians to put together Adult, Teen or Mum and Bub bags filled with essential items, and maybe some everyday luxuries to donate to someone in need for Christmas.

Drop your It's in the Bag donation into the club before Wednesday 27th November and your incredible donations will be distributed this Christmas to ensure women, girls and those who menstruate and who are waking up in a domestic violence refuge or homeless shelter on Christmas feel a little bit of love and hope.
