Strength training changes more than just your body.

You move better.
You feel more confident.
You have more energy.
You start trusting yourself more.

Then before you know it, youโ€™re doing things you never thought you could.

Thatโ€™s why we love training. The physical changes are great, but the biggest wins happen outside the gym. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ™Œ

Huge shoutout to Kelsey.

Over the last couple of weeks sheโ€™s competed in both the Butterfly Effect CrossFit comp and a Strongman comp, while still showing up and putting in the work every week at the gym.

Sheโ€™s super consistent, always gives everything a crack, and brings a great attitude into every session.

Weโ€™re all super proud of her ๐Ÿ‘

Nobody ever regrets showing up.

Not every workout starts with motivation.
Some days youโ€™re tired, flat, stressed, busyโ€ฆ and the last thing you want to do is train.

But the people who make progress arenโ€™t the most motivated.
Theyโ€™re the ones who show up anyway. ๐Ÿ’ช

Most gyms just throw random workouts on the board each day. We donโ€™t ๐Ÿ‘Š

Every session is part of a structured training plan designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and keep progressing week after week ๐Ÿ“ˆ

We work in training cycles so thereโ€™s purpose behind what youโ€™re doing, whether youโ€™re chasing your first pull up, a new PB, or just wanting to feel fitter and healthier ๐Ÿ”ฅ

The goal is simple: get stronger, move better, avoid burnout, and actually enjoy training along the way ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ

The Butterfly Effect Comp was all about watching women celebrate what their bodies canย DO.
ย
On Sunday, 11 women across 4 teams made the trip to Hobart for The Butterfly Effect, an all-female comp built around strength, connection, and community.
ย
Congratulations to these incredible members in their teams:

KJR ๐Ÿฆ‹ Jess Terry, Kelsey Clarke & Rachel Stanley

Sweat Junkies ๐Ÿฆ‹ Hannah Barron, Sammie Locke & Bonnie Montgomery

Mumma Bear and Cubs ๐Ÿฆ‹ Emma Keen, Bri Langshaw & their mum, Terri

True Potential ๐Ÿฆ‹ Zoephia Kaminski, Mac Towns & Joa Ma
ย
PBs were thrown down in the thruster workout and the energy was electric from start to finish.

And a mum competed alongside her daughters, which was one of our favourite things we saw.

Massive congratulations to every single one of you. ๐Ÿฆ‹๐Ÿ’ช
And to our incredible supporters who cheered from the sidelines.

Showing up to support gives this community just as much as the athletes do!

3 months of hard work paying off ๐Ÿ’ช

Seth, who lives with cerebral palsy, came to us with a goal of building overall strength and heโ€™s absolutely delivered. Through his PT sessions with , his progress has been incredible.

From a 30kg trap bar deadlift to smashing 90kg for 5 reps today. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

Doubling his weight on sit to stands. ๐Ÿคฏ

Doubling his reps on knee push ups and now hitting 5 full push ups on his toes. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

We are super proud of you Seth. Your consistency, effort and determination are something special ๐Ÿ‘Š

And a shoutout to Judi, his mum, whoโ€™s putting in the work too, smashing her Masters sessions in the other room at the same time. Strong family, strong results ๐Ÿ™Œ
