Handstands are hard when you have long legs with some muscle on them, and James has absolutely put the hard work in to build this skill.

Love to see the refinement and understanding coming through that's only possible once you've built a physical and technical foundation.

It's always a bit fun doing a movement challenge.

It feels too obvious to say that gymnastics strength is incredible for developing your upper body.

But a lot of people still sleep on it as a serious tool to reach your goals.

Not a mistake, you'll see us making, and we hope you don't either.

We think it's safe to say our new coach Fraser is settling in and making friends with the members.

So far, no one can match him on jumping height and dad jokes. So best come prepared if you try to challenge him on either.
