Flawless Form Foundations is an 8-week beginner series designed to take you from feeling unsure… to confident walking into any class.
This is back to basics Pilates. Slow, simple, and intentional.
No complicated movements. No pressure to keep up.
Just the foundations done properly 🤍
It’s perfect if you:
* Are completely new to Pilates
* Haven’t trained in a while and want to ease back in
* Are post-natal and rebuilding strength
* Have had injuries (especially back or joint-related) and need a safe, supported start
* Or simply want to strip it back and focus on doing things properly
Inside the 8 weeks you will:
* Learn correct form, breathing & core activation
* Build strength and confidence week by week
* Feel supported in a small, welcoming group of women (MAX CLASS OF 12 PEOPLE TO KEEP IT VERY PERSONAL AND TAILORED)
