Our final program for term 4 is our Junior Off Season Training Program.

This program is aimed at those that want to continue working on their football during the off season. We will focus on passing, first touch, striking the ball and defending.

The IFA Goalkeeper Academy will run its first program in Term 4.

The Goalkeeper Academy will be running a 4 week program to run our young keepers through the basics of goalkeeping while also gauging their skill level for when the Goalkeeper Academy is expanded in 2024.

Aimed at the teenage footballers in Ingham, this program's goal is to further their football skills, learn more about the game and continue to fostering their love for the game.

Our final service we are introducing this week is Player Mentoring.

Player Mentoring will allow us to connect with players in a different way than regular training. Mentoring will allow us to work on the mental side of a player to help them grow both on and off the field.

There is more to football than playing a perfect pass. Mental skills, self-awareness, emotional intelligence and game awareness, as well as how they conduct themselves away from the field are all vital components of success.

Our next service being introduced this week is our 1 on 1 Coaching service.

1 on 1 Coaching allows us to work closely with a player to help them enhance their skills and performance.

We will assess each player we work with and try and develop a program on their current skill level, their position and any area they want to improve. 1 on 1 Coaching also allows us to work with players who may be nervous about training in a larger group.

Ingham Football Academy will be introducing a number of services for the next few days with the first of these being our Small Group Coaching.

Small Group Coaching will allow Ingham Football Academy to work with small groups of up to 6 players on a variety of different skills.

Training with friends is by far the most enjoyable way to train for football and we believe that training with players of a similar skill level will help you get the most out of a session.
