The Dancers' Academy launches another exciting year in Ingham.
Dance Moves is for all ages, all ability, may participate seated or standing if you wish.

🎶 Dance Moves Class – Let's Move It Together!💃🕺

Are you ready to dance, sing, and smile your way to better health?
Classes are held on a Tuesday and Thursday morning (which you are welcome to attend). We meet at either LifeLong Supports, Powerhouse or at the Palms Aged Care Facility.

Starting for 2026 - Tuesday 13 February. Booking your seat is essential please.

This fun, low / medium - impact class is suitable for all – including those with limited mobility or in wheelchairs.

JOIN US FOR A DANCE MOVES CLASS

Our self-paced classes are designed to help you connect your mind and body. The class is mainly seated, but there is opportunity to stand if you wish. No ages requirements.

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:00 - 9.45am
Where: The Band Centre (Downstairs, wheelchair accessible) 59 McIlwraith Street, Ingham
Expressions of interest: Addition of a Wednesday morning class, if numbers interested.....

Bonus: You may even be able to claim the class through your package!
