And we want YOU to come and train with us this off-season!
NQNA is returning to Ingham for Term 4, and we can’t wait to see our netball community back on court. We’re kicking things off with a School Holiday Clinic before settling into Tuesday afternoon squads for the term.
Our aim is simple: complement all the great work already happening across the region, provide more opportunities for athletes to develop, and help local netballers grow in confidence, skill and performance.
We want to welcome back familiar faces, meet new ones, and pack GSMC Hall with athletes who love their netball!
WHY TRAIN IN THE OFF-SEASON?
Because this is one of the BEST times to get to work. With less competition pressure, we can focus on the big things: refining technique, building confidence, developing new skills and making changes that will set you up for next season. Whether you’re preparing for rep trials, looking to take the next step, or simply want to keep learning and enjoying the game, there’s a place for you.

🔵 9.00am — Foundation
🟢 10.30am — Junior Development
🟣 12.00 noon — Senior Development / Performance
💰 $25 per clinic

All sessions are held indoors in the air-conditioned, weatherproof hall, so we can keep training whatever the North Queensland weather decides to do!
You don’t need to have trained with NQNA before. Old faces, new faces, club players, rep players and athletes ready to give it a go — you are all welcome.
And our friends in TULLY... Ingham is a quick trip down the Highway and we would love to welcome you!
