Wimmera 4WD Club Inc.

We cater for single and family members who enjoy the outdoors and visiting the more remote and interesting areas of our vast country.

The Wimmera 4WD Club caters for all members who enjoy the outdoors and visiting interesting and more remote areas of our vast country. Our activities vary from simple day trips to long-range trips. The club also involves itself in inter club and community activities. the club often volunteer with one of our land managers in Parks Victoria, helping clear and maintain tracks from the Big Desert thro

ugh to the Grampians National Park, we also conduct Camp host programme through out these areas. We conduct regular trips throughout the year, giving members the chance to experience bush camping, campfire cooking, and the great out doors and our wonderful country, all with the companionship of fellow members. Being part of the club gives you the opportunity to learn and exchange knowledge with experienced travellers, who are always ready to lend a hand.

Wimmera 4WD Club’s 50th Anniversary

Wimmera Wimmera 4WD Club will be celebrating its 50th Anniversary next year over the June Long Weekend (2027)

We are looking for contact details of past members of our club who may have moved, changed their address, email and phone/mobile numbers and are asking you to help us by letting those past members know that we are wanting to invite them to our Anniversary and are needing their new contact information.

Checking out their Germaine Graves in the Grampians today, thanks to Brian Moar for leading the trip. And yes we stopped in Halls Gap for an Icecream!

Grampians Drive ~ this Sunday 22nd March leaving at 9am from Ampol Foodery, Stawell Road Horsham

Brian Moar is leading this trip which will be going to look at the Germaine Graves in the Southern Grampians & heading to look at the historic water fluming.

Please have full tank of fuel & bring lunch & drinks.

With tomorrow’s catastrophic weather forecast 09/01/2026 Park’s Victoria have advised that the Grampians & Little Desert National Park’s will be closed from 5pm tonight (8th January) & tomorrow (9th January) for public safety reasons.

Past and Present Members of the Wimmera 4WD Club are invited to attend our 500th Meeting on Monday 26th August at 7.00pm for a Meal at the Horsham Sports and Community Club.
