One of the biggest mistakes people make when trying to minimise their bust is wearing high-compression sports bras every single day to squash everything down.

Now don’t get us wrong, compression absolutely works for some people. But for others, it can create that flattened “mono-boob” look where your bust becomes one large focal point across the chest. ⛰️
Sometimes the trick to looking smaller… is actually shape, separation and forward projection 👏

Instead of compressing the bust outward and wide, a bra like the Panache Envy helps bring the bust forward into two smaller focal points at the front of the body.
