A massive congratulations to this swimming champ Emma!! You have progressed intensely not only in our training sessions but incredibly in your swimming career ❤️

We started with keeping up your scoliosis exercises and building strength in your upper body to benefit your swimming and through this journey from last year, you have expanded your horizon and have taken strength training right under your belt in all areas. It’s showing in your comps right here 😍 a huge well done to hitting all PB’s and I can’t wait to see where this takes you in life 🙏🏽
