With a plethora of movement experience, Teagan aims to inspire and impart evidence- based knowledge and practices to that of her training and coaching practices.
Via her professional dance training, Teagan holds two Diploma’s of Dance in Elite Performance and a Cert IV in Dance Teaching and Management, where she continues to inspire and develop safe movement practices within her choreographic and dance teaching pursuits.
Teagan’s academic journey has deepened her appreciation of the powerful role exercise plays in promoting health, enhancing performance, alongside supporting long-term wellbeing. She is currently in her final year of her Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science degree and will undertake her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in the oncoming year. Through ACME’s services, she looks to utilise such knowledge to help individuals in all walks of life achieve their fitness and performance goals.
Alongside these qualifications, Teagan holds an AusActive personal training certification, mat pilates certification and an ASCA Level 1 strength and conditioning coaching accreditation. Teagan currently works with youth athletes engaged with the Southern Sports Academy, whereby she utilises training approaches such as periodisation and individualisation to aid in supporting youth athletes in their quest for peak and optimal performance and health literacy.
