This information is important for fuelling your Functional Fit sessions so you’re not lethargic, low on energy or struggling to recover from tough training. If you’re constantly sore or tired, it’s worth looking at your nutrition and recovery protocols.

Remember, nutrition only works when it matches your lifestyle and activity levels. There’s no point loading up on carbs if you’re not training and using that energy. Balance, consistency and understanding your body will always be key for better performance and recovery.
