Arm balancing. You do them all the time in class. You may just not give it much thought. From Plank, to side plank, to Chaturangas, to crow, side crow… and many more… chances are you know what it takes to either get you in the pose or hold yourself. Or maybe your mind screams before you try.
Join us for a 2.5 hour workshop lead by senior yoga teacher Mantra who will break down arm balancing, in an easy and accessible way. He’ll focus on the anatomical aspects of arm balancing poses, provide drills, hacks and tricks and a clear structured pathway to approaching your arm balancing practice.
