Tickets are live on Humanitix for our final comp of 2026!

November 22nd is Blood & Metal VII (7 consecutive Blood & Metals is wild) and for the first time we’re opening it up as a combined novice AND CAPO sanctioned comp, meaning we’ll be squatting in the mono.

It’s 2 weeks prior to CAPO Night of the Deadlift, so you can do both, and the winners of the novice division will win CAPO membership and a free entry to Night of the Deadlift!

Entries are limited, and this comp is always our biggest of the year, so get in quick!

Violence in the Valley V is live!

This is the first CAPO qualifier for 2027 nationals and is held 1 week after CAPO Nationals in Fremantle (16th August).

As Fremantle is a big trip, we thought we’d ensure national records can be broken this year, so if WA is too far, just come to the Valley!

It doesn’t matter what age you are, what injuries you have, what pain you have or what you’ve heard from your GP (who has no training whatsoever in musculoskeletal health).

A properly guided strength training program will improve all the things that -statistically- go downhill as you age. The statistics exist because historically, almost no older people do proper strength training.

Start easy, get guidance, don’t let the fear of the unknown stop you.
