MetCon with coach 🥵🥵

Wondering what MetCon is? It combines strength training and high intensity cardio sessions - you can expect AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible) and EMOMs (every min on the min), with movements like squats, push-ups, lunges etc.

The sessions are always different to keep things fun and challenging!

Introducing… Mini Dry Tri! We’ve opened up some waves on the day of our FW x LSKD Dry Tri on June 27th for kids aged 12-15. 🏃

In pairs, the distance (half of the regular Dry Tri) is a 2km ski, 4km bike, 2km run.

We will meet at at 6:15am. Bring your friends and family because it’s going to be such a gorgeous morning, and is kindly offering 1/2 price coffees and smoothies until 9am.
