A huge congratulations to Bec Webb, our Member of the Week! 👏

Bec absolutely crushed her testing week, improving across every single test throughout our Benchmark training block:

💪 Back Squat: 50kg ➡️ 57.5kg
💪 Bench Press: 35kg ➡️ 40kg

🚴 Bike MAS: 2.4km ➡️ 2.6km
🚣 Row MAS: 986m ➡️ 1128m
⛷️ Ski MAS: 1015m ➡️ 1071m

These results don’t happen by accident. They’re the reward for showing up consistently, trusting the process, and putting in the work week after week.

As if that wasn’t enough, Bec also kicked off our 8 Week Challenge by taking out the Week 0 Mini Challenge and scoring herself a $50 voucher to ☕️🎉

🚨 NEW TRAINING BLOCK STARTS MONDAY 🚨

A fresh block means fresh goals, new challenges, and new opportunities to get stronger.

Over the next 8 weeks, our key lifts will be:
🔥 TORSONATOR Hack Squat
🔥 Barbell Incline Press
🔥 Sn**ch Grip Deadlift

These movements will form the foundation of our progressive strength work as we focus on building confidence, technique, and strength week by week.

MEMBER OF THE WEEK 🌟

This week’s spotlight goes Kristy,an incredibly consistent member who has set the standard all month long 👏

Only missing ONE session throughout May, she continues to show up at 5:15am, put in the work, and get it done day after day 🙌

Over the last 6 months, both her and Tim (her husband) have done an amazing job building training into their routine around work and family life — often training at opposite ends of the day to make it work.

The standard, effort, and consistency they both bring to the gym never go unnoticed, and we absolutely love having them as part of our community ❤️
