Very proud of our Bahram today, at 2 days' notice, he took on the Indian champion. We jumped at the opportunity because we knew he could perform with the higher level boxers. He never hesitated with the challenge in front of him against an Asian championship 🏅medallist and world youth cup bronze medallist, Bahram still a Youth gave away weight and stepped up to the Elites for this aswell. Class performance for a kid who has had 12 fights decision could have gone either way but the experience gained was invaluable. Well done mate👏 were proud of you, you are a warrior 👊

Sabir, on debut once he shook off the 1st round nerves, he dominated the next 2 with a solid debut win. Well done, mate.

Big weekend of Boxing at the Veneto club Bulleen, Australia Vs India.
Bahram has jumped up to elites at short notice to take on the Indian representative in his first international bout on Saturday.
Dion returns in a match bout. And with another debut for the club, Sabir Ali will also contest a local match bout.
Come and support our boys and Boxing Victoria as India has a strong squad over, so there will be some great boxing on show. Let's go bteam💚🖤
We fight Saturday from 11:30am also Fridays card kicks off at 6pm.

Bahram will Box in tomorrow's Semi final of the 55kg Youth open division.
The O'Neill brothers are back on Sunday.
Sabir was unlucky. His match never came through but will be on in 2 weeks.
All the best to Bahram at his first crack at a State title.

The O'Neill brothers improved again in another outing.
Bahram, after a year out of the ring, got a good win against one of the country's top kids in a fiercely fought bout.
Aziz, on debut with his opponent, had the crowd on their feet, losing a split in a back and forward fight of the day. Well done to both, very entertaining. Onto the next, go Doveton 💚🖤👊
