Earlier this year I walked around the gym and asked our members one simple question:
"What are your goals for 2026?"
The answers were all different get fitter, get healthier, lose weight, get stronger, have more energy, feel more confident, and simply stay consistent.
What stood out to me was that nobody said they wanted less from life. Everyone wants to improve. Everyone wants to be better.
The good news? We're only halfway through the year. It's not too late to start your health and fitness journey. In fact, the best time to start is now.
Imagine where you could be 6 months from today if you committed to yourself and stayed consistent.
