Become MWSA’s Champion of the Tongs!

MWSA is a local grass roots sporting association that is proud 500+ families across the Northern Beaches calls its diamonds home for community sport every Saturday during summer.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to run our BBQ @ Abbott Road, North Curl Curl during our summer season competition.

Key details are:
Approximately 7.30 am - 2.30 pm each Saturday
10 October - 12 December 2026
30 January - 13 March 2027

An agreed fee will be paid for keeping our players, families and supporters well fed throughout the season 😊

Working Bee 13 September 9am 🐝

Please come and help at our next Working Bee!

To get Abbott Road Diamonds ready for the start of our season, there is a working bee on Sunday 13 September, 9am - 12pm.

We will need help in getting the diamonds/grounds ready, sorting out gear in the shed, moving gear out of the umpires room to the shed and a general tidy-up. There will be some light work, if you’re not up for the heavy lifting. Everyone is welcome. The more helpers the quicker things will get done!

Mixed Slow Pitch Intro 👉🏼

Join us at Abbott Road Diamonds on Saturday 19 September from 4pm for a fun and relaxed introduction to mixed slow pitch softball 🥎💪🏽

It’s an easy-to-learn, social version of the game - perfect for new players, former players or anyone keen to give softball a go. Come on your own or bring your friends, family or workmates. Everyone will be placed into a team, no experience is necessary and all equipment will be provided.

The slow pitch rules are designed to keep the game simple and inclusive, making it a super-social outing on the diamond.
Stay afterwards and enjoy a BBQ with the MWSA community!
