Join us tomorrow for a free 5km run or walk. As always please remember to follow the parkrun rules and remind others to do the same.

📢 Arrive by 6:50am and listen to the pre-event briefing
🏁 Self seeded start between the flags
🐕 Dogs need to be on a short handheld leash
👦 Kids under 11 must run with an adult
🌳 Keep left and share the park with others
🏃Be considerate of other runners and walkers
🎟 Return your token as we reuse them every week

What a turnout this morning for Curl Curl parkrun #620 - Perfect running conditions with the recent rain holding off, cooler temperatures & no wind. This was reflected in some fast times throughout the field, hopefully aided by our pacers.

A huge congratulations to our first timers & tourists visiting today and to the numerous people celebrating a milestone or a pb.

Finally a huge thank you to all of the volunteers this morning, we couldn’t do it without you!
