Our little pocket rocket Liv Tindall 🥹⚡️

Not a day, or a session, goes by where this girl doesn’t give it her absolute all. Whether it’s strength or conditioning, Liv is always pushing herself, chasing that next level and striving to be the best version of herself.

She’s as humble as they come, which is exactly why we want to take a minute to remind her just how bloody amazing she is and give her the credit she so deserves.

Liv’s growth over the last few months, especially, has been such an honour to watch and be a part of. Not just in her training, but in the way she continues to back herself, challenge herself and show up for herself week after week.

Liv, we are SO proud of you.

We can’t wait to continue watching you grow, watching you surprise yourself with what you’re capable of, and standing right beside you through every step of the journey.

We love you!

📣 CALLING ALL LOCAL BUSINESSES WE NEED YOUR HELP! 📣

This Saturday 29th August, The Uprise community is coming together for CALS 4 CANCER a huge morning of movement, community and fundraising for Camp Quality. 🤍

** EVENT IS OPEN TO EVERYONE, you don’t need to be a member!

For 140 minutes our teams will be working together to clock as many calories as possible across our ergs + rowers.

Why 140 minutes?
Because around 140 Australians lose their lives to cancer every single day.

This morning is about using what we have our bodies, our community and our ability to show up to make a difference for people going through something so much bigger than us.

All funds raised will be donated to Camp Quality helping support kids facing cancer and their families through some of the hardest times imaginable.

And this is where we would LOVE the support of our local community. 🥹

We’re putting together raffles for the morning and are calling on any local businesses who may be able to donate a:

🎁 Voucher
🎁 Product
🎁 Service
🎁 Experience
🎁 Hamper
🎁 Or anything at all we can add to our raffle prizes!

Every single donation, big or small, helps us raise more.

Your business will also be shared and thanked across our socials and with everyone attending the event. 🤝

Requirements:
✔️ Certificate III in Fitness
✔️ Current Driver Licence
✔️ Passionate about coaching women
✔️ Reliable, positive and aligned with our values
