You might watch this video and just see two people doing burpees and think โ€œbig dealโ€, right?

This isnโ€™t just two people โ€œjust doing burpeesโ€; this is our gym community in a nutshell and I bloody love this s**t! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

Dave had just finished his workout, which included 60 burpees.

Mark was on the final part battling away on the last 16 burpees left and Dave jumped in with him to pump through the last 10 together, allowing both of them to cross that finish line at the same time ๐Ÿ˜Š

This isnโ€™t anything new to us here - but it doesnโ€™t make me any less proud seeing it again and again and again! โค๏ธ
