Underwater Rugby is a fast-paced, three-dimensional team We train most weeks at the Australian Institute of Sport.

Canberra Underwater Rugby is a new, social community sport club. We are here to purely have fun and introduce people to this amazing sport. Please leave a message on our page or email us if you're interested in trying this out! Believe it or not, there are hundreds of teams all over the world, mostly in Europe and South America! Canberra is the newest of four teams in Australia (Sydney, Hobart, B

risbane). It's entirely safe and because it's played underwater, there is actually a much lower chance of injury (due to the cushioning effects of water) than most other team sports played on land!
