Hi Everyone,

Confirming that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on Saturday, 29 August 2026 beginning at 12:00pm (after training). The meeting will be held at the Boorer Family Cricket Centre, Radford College, 1 College St, Bruce.

Everyone who was a financial member as at 30 June is entitled to attend and participate. The AGM documentation is available below.

If anyone has a formal Notice of Motion (Special Resolution) they would like dealt with at the meeting, please forward to myself no later than 8:00pm, Monday 24 August 2026. The motion will need to be accompanied by a seconder.

If you would like to nominate for a vacant board position, you can do so in writing to myself no later than 8:00pm, Thursday 27 August 2026. Note, nominations can still occur at the AGM itself.

For those who are not able to attend in person, there will be online

(Slightly less for non-playing partners)
1. All Tours – approx. $600 (each tour is optional)
2. Flights – approx. $2000 Economy via Perth
3. Tour Shirt - $40 if required, Gifts for opposition teams - $40
